Child First will serve families with parental mental illness, substance abuse, incarceration, domestic violence, living in shelters, or undocumented status.

    Milestone is an intensive, short term 7-14 day residential substance use treatment center exclusively for individuals who identify as women with co-occurring disorders. Comprehensive services are recovery-oriented, gender-responsive and trauma-informed with the goal of helping women find real hope for recovery. Milestone offers group counseling, case management and aftercare planning services. Treatment is individualized and centered around healing and wellness, essential to moving forward towards employment, housing and family stability.

    Family Based Recovery (FBR) is an intenstive, in-home clinical treatment program for families with children (birth to 5 years old inclusive) who are at risk for abuse and/or neglect, poor developmental outcomes and removal from their home due to parental substance use. Individual, couples, and Family therapy is provided to promote positive parent-child interaction for secure attachment; works to increase a parent's awareness and understanding of child development; provides case management services and conducts weekly relapse prevention and parenting group

    Parenting Support Services (PSS) is a service open to any family with a child 0-18 years-of-age to stupport and enhance positive family functionig. PSS offers evidence-based models such as Level 4 Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) and Circle of Security Parenting. Families receive one or more of the PSS interventions along with case management services.

    PROUD teams provide holistic, trauma-informed and gender sensitive services to pregnant and parenting women as they navigate their recovery journey. PROUD teams will work to complete a family needs assessment with eligible women and their household members to create a plan to address individual and family needs around: substance use and mental health treatment, connections to medical providers (including prenatal care), MOUD/MAT, employment, housing, and recovery support. PROUD services are individualized, person-centered, and strength-based, and can be offered in-office, in-home, or via telehealth.

    The Women and Children’s Program (ASAM 3.5PPW) is a residential, clinically managed High-Intensity Residential Program for pregnant or parenting women with one child under the age of 4. This setting offers treatment for women with substance use and/or mental health issues that are assessed as unsafe in the community. The young child lives with their mother in the program. 24/7 treatment services are provided by a professional, culturally sensitive staff trained in issues of domestic violence and trauma.
